Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and requirements
- Develop detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights and support strategic decisions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech environment

- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
