Responsibilities
- Operational Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of weekend operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Requirements Management: Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Process Documentation: Create detailed process maps, user stories, and functional specifications for weekend-specific projects.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track KPIs and communicate performance metrics to leadership.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between IT, Operations, and business units to facilitate seamless weekend operations.
- Testing & QA: Support the testing of new systems and weekend procedures to ensure quality delivery and user adoption.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a retail, logistics, or service industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Schedule Commitment: Must be available to work a weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
