Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technology trends (2025-2026 horizon) across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development projects
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early access to breakthrough innovations
- Present technology foresight insights to executive stakeholders and influence product strategy decisions
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build and lead a dedicated future-tech scouting team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management with Fortune 500/tech unicorn experience
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in technology strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotechnology, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, research labs, accelerators)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
