Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable software solutions using modern architectural patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and senior engineers, to define and implement innovative product features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while participating in rigorous peer code reviews.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
- Engage in a structured mentorship program to rapidly develop technical and leadership skills.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs to ensure optimal application performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with web frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep passion for software architecture and system design.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
