Your insights will directly influence multi-billion-dollar investment decisions and shape our 5-year corporate evolution.
Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast disruptive market forces through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to exponential change
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready business models and customer experiences
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver executive briefings on emerging paradigm shifts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and venture capital firms
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to detect early-warning signals of industry disruption
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal culture of anticipatory thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning proficiency using tools like Cassandra, Causal Layered Analysis, or Delphi methods
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-focused initiatives
