Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and execution of the company's '2026' strategic roadmap and long-term vision.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and new revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing) to align innovation initiatives with business objectives.
- Present strategic recommendations and progress reports directly to the C-suite and executive board.
- Build and maintain partnerships with key industry players, startups, and academic institutions to foster open innovation.
- Lead pilot programs for next-generation technologies and evaluate their commercial viability.
- Drive a culture of continuous innovation and forward-thinking across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or corporate innovation within the tech sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, future-focused projects from ideation to execution.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, Quantum Computing, etc.) and their business applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly dynamic startup-like environment.
