Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured 24-month rotational program across Software Engineering, Data Science, and Cloud Architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable tech solutions.
- Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and train machine learning models.
- Contribute to the architecture and optimization of our enterprise cloud infrastructure.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code for next-generation consumer and enterprise applications.
- Present project findings and technical solutions to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Continuously research emerging technologies to propose innovative approaches to legacy challenges.
Qualifications
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript).
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and modern development frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
