Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews to gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Create detailed process maps, user stories, and functional specifications for the development team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product, and Operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Perform gap analysis between the current state and future state business processes.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and roadmaps to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and business intelligence tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar documentation and project management tools.
