- Lead project lifecycles from inception to delivery using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor progress using Jira/Asana and provide executive dashboards
- Manage risks, dependencies, and scope adjustments proactively
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through weekly syncs and status reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS or tech projects
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and MS Project/Smartsheet
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time/budget
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with remote team coordination
