Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive calendars and complex meeting logistics across multiple departments
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reports with precision and confidentiality
- Prepare and distribute critical corporate documents including board packets and presentations
- Support cross-functional project initiatives with data compilation and reporting
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure document security compliance
- Act as primary liaison between departments for operational inquiries
- Assist in vendor contract administration and invoice processing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years corporate administrative/operations experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
