Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation using Jira and Microsoft Project
- Track project milestones and prepare status reports for stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet deadlines
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive analysis
- Facilitate project meetings and document decisions/action items
- Support budget tracking and expense reporting processes
- Collaborate with senior PMs on process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years of project coordination or administrative experience
- Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
