Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the weekend support team.
- Design and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to support executive decision-making.
- Conduct root cause analysis for system anomalies identified during weekend maintenance windows.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize features for the upcoming sprint cycle.
- Facilitate workshops to gather feedback from DC-based stakeholders regarding weekend operations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all weekend reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the government or finance sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Waterfall processes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as a core schedule requirement.
