Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities through data modeling
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Design and implement KPI dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time performance tracking
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on strategic objectives and project deliverables
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with process modeling documentation
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence tools
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to diverse audiences
