Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with government or consulting clients
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-PBA preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Clearable background check required for government contracts
