Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, processes, and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed functional requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure successful system implementation.
- Design and maintain process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories using industry-standard tools.
- Perform root cause analysis for operational issues and recommend strategic solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis between current state processes and desired future state.
- Assist in the testing and quality assurance of new software solutions and system updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or professional services environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (pivot tables, vlookups), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Proven track record of managing projects from initiation through delivery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
