Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams
- Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to document processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Validate solutions through user acceptance testing and post-implementation reviews
- Develop project documentation including business cases, process flows, and requirements traceability matrices
- Collaborate with Agile teams to refine user stories and sprint deliverables
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and MS Office Suite
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience in healthcare, logistics, or fintech industries preferred
