Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Develop data models, dashboards, and reports using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams
- Create process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Validate solutions through testing and stakeholder feedback
- Document requirements using industry-standard methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare, finance, or SaaS industries a plus
