Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Document requirements and create detailed user stories for development teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business requirements
- Validate data integrity and ensure quality of deliverables
- Support agile sprints and provide ongoing business support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
