Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering and analysis through interviews, workshops, and documentation review.
- Translate business needs into functional user stories and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and system requirements documents.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure accurate implementation of business solutions.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend data-driven strategies.
- Perform gap analysis between current state processes and desired future states.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
