Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive data analysis and create detailed reports to support weekend business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams.
- Utilize SQL and Excel to manipulate large datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements and validate project scope.
- Maintain accurate documentation of business processes and system configurations.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure business goals are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced financial or corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on technical clarity.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as a regular part of the schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
