Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and project scopes.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
- Design and document detailed process maps, data models, and user stories using UML and flowcharts.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired future states.
- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular status updates to leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed (if applicable).
