Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and document current state workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding IT, Operations, and Product Managementâto elicit and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Create clear and concise user stories, use cases, and functional specifications to guide software development and implementation.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Partner with technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable system solutions and architecture.
- Monitor project progress and quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet business standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; Masterâs degree preferred.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and business intelligence platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
