Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit detailed business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications.
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets using SQL and Excel to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Process Improvement: Map current state business processes and design future state workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Use Cases, and Process Diagrams (BPMN).
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical developers and non-technical business units, ensuring mutual understanding and successful project delivery.
- Agile Support: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure projects stay on track and adapt to changing requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role within a corporate environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SQL, Excel (Advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Methodology: Proven experience working within Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering data-driven solutions.
