We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between business operations and IT solutions, driving process improvements and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to define business needs.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.
- Create detailed process maps, use cases, and functional specifications using Visio or similar tools.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, QA) to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and desired business outcomes.
- Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to management.
- Train end-users on new processes and systems, ensuring smooth adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik).
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
