Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business needs and functional requirements.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and process maps (UML, BPMN) for development teams.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data sets to identify trends, gaps, and insights that drive decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams, management, and end-users to ensure project alignment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
