Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct comprehensive interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions for optimization.
- Documentation: Create detailed functional requirements, use cases, user stories, and process maps (flowcharts, wireframes) for development teams.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to generate reports and dashboards that support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
