Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze comprehensive business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Conduct data analysis and modeling to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions, and requirement gathering meetings.
- Partner with software developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including BRD (Business Requirements Document) and FSD (Functional Specification Document).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools is highly preferred.
