Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Design and maintain comprehensive business process documentation, including flowcharts, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
- Perform gap analysis to evaluate current processes against industry best practices.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business requirements gathering and validation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the standard work week.
