Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Process Modeling: Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and use case documentation to visualize current and future state processes.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between IT development teams, business units, and project managers to ensure alignment.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data trends and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Project Support: Assist in the testing and quality assurance phases, documenting bugs and verifying resolutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and at least one diagramming tool (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Methodology: Experience working within Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Tools: Familiarity with JIRA or similar ticketing systems is a plus.
