As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed process maps, user stories, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
- Reporting: Develop basic reports and dashboards using Excel and BI tools to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure clarity.
- Process Improvement: Participate in workshops to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions for optimization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is required; familiarity with SQL or Tableau is a plus but not mandatory.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to break down complex problems and logical thinking.
