Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering and analysis to define project scope and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations) to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and maintain comprehensive business process models, flowcharts, and wireframes using Visio or similar tools.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to all relevant parties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and Tableau.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is highly preferred.
