As a Business Analyst at Apex Strategic Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in identifying business needs and determining the most effective solutions to meet those needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital products and services align perfectly with our client’s goals.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements.
- Process Modeling: Create process flows, wireframes, and user stories to visualize system solutions.
- Gap Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify gaps and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication of requirements and project status.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and Excel to analyze data trends and provide actionable insights.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of functional specifications, use cases, and test plans.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Tools: Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar requirement management tools.
