Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, requirements, and process gaps.
- Design and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Analyze complex business processes and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Conduct gap analyses and create process maps and flowcharts to visualize workflows.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and communicate findings effectively to cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technical environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
