Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify business needs and process gaps.
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing functional requirements for software implementation.
- Conduct basic data analysis using Excel and SQL to support reporting and decision-making.
- Participate in the creation of user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to ensure a clear understanding of business objectives.
- Support the quality assurance process by creating test cases and documenting bugs.
- Monitor project progress and provide status updates to the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
