Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document processes, identify pain points, and design optimized workflows
- Create detailed dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to support strategic decision-making
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and user story refinement
- Lead UAT sessions and coordinate testing protocols for system implementations
- Develop process documentation and training materials for cross-departmental adoption
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work preference
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Scrum Master preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects in regulated industries
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in autonomous night shift environment with self-motivation
