Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Create process maps, flowcharts, and functional requirements documents (FRDs).
- Assist in the testing and quality assurance of new software implementations.
- Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to management.
- Conduct data analysis using Excel and SQL to support decision-making.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to developers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts is a plus.
- Willingness to obtain relevant industry certifications (training provided).
