Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis for complex software projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Map and document current state and future state business processes using flowcharts, BPMN, and UML.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT development teams to ensure project alignment.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, backlog items, and test plans.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
