Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable documentation and user stories
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement data solutions using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Develop and maintain process flows, data models, and requirement specifications

Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or healthcare
