Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and requirements specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain SQL databases for data extraction and analysis
- Present findings through clear visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate workshops to gather and prioritize business requirements
- Validate solutions against business objectives and KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into technical specifications
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
