Responsibilities

- Translate user needs into functional specifications and wireframes

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions
- Design process improvements using BPMN and UML modeling tools
- Facilitate JIRA/Confluence workshops for requirement validation
- Present findings through compelling dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with daily contract roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
