- Validate solutions against business objectives through testing and documentation
- Collaborate with agile development teams to ensure alignment
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or Agile certification preferred
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and process modeling
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders competing priorities
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables (wireframes, user stories, etc.)
