Responsibilities

- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and requirements specifications
- Develop data models and visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Validate solutions through user acceptance testing and documentation
- Track KPIs and provide regular progress reports to project managers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or tech
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Detroit metro area residency required
