Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex processes using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Create data models, process flows, and user documentation
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track progress in JIRA
- Validate solutions against business objectives through UAT coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with SQL proficiency
- Strong documentation skills with experience in process modeling
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful process optimization projects
