Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities through stakeholder interviews and data mapping
- Create detailed requirements documents, user stories, and process flows using BPMN/Visio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
- Facilitate JIRA/Confluence workshops for sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Document test cases and validate system functionality against business requirements
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with daily pay contract projects
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio showcasing requirements documentation and process models
- Ability to start within 3-5 business days
