Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities
- Document requirements, user stories, and technical specifications using Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations
- Create and maintain process flows, wireframes, and documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Support system implementation and UAT processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with daily pay/contract work
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience documenting requirements in JIRA or similar tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
