Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
- Analyze data trends and create detailed process flow documentation
- Develop user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops to align cross-functional teams on project goals
- Perform gap analysis between current and future state operations
- Prepare and deliver executive dashboards with key performance indicators
- Support UAT testing and provide recommendations for process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with daily pay contracts
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in deadline-driven environments
