Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather business requirements across diverse departments
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and process inefficiencies
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Tableau

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in contract or consulting roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
