Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend solutions
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain data models using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Track project milestones and deliverables against established timelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in contract/temporary roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong documentation skills with experience in Agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of translating business needs into technical requirements
- Familiarity with healthcare or logistics industry preferred
