Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and process flows
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Create comprehensive documentation including process maps, user stories, and test cases
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
- Track KPIs and generate performance dashboards for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in contract/temporary roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven experience with requirement elicitation methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
