Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and flowcharts
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Monitor KPIs and prepare executive dashboards for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations in all documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
